My reading tells me that the thing either runs well or it's best to forget the tractor if MP is bad.

191 posts · Joined 2011. #14 · Apr 17, 2012. Hi lorand. The front bearing on the gearbox relies on oil from the high side of the multipower to lubricate it ,if you don't use high multipower the bearing does not get oil and will eventually seize and you will have to strip the gearbox to fix.

Farms23. •. If you are going down a hill and you don't want to gain too much speed, then activate the multi power before you start rolling. It is pretty much an engine brake that connects the tranny so it can freewheel. It has a 1 directional clutch that when activated with hydraulic pressure makes it a locked gear.
