A good day out. Another visit to the excellent Newark Air Museum. Two large hangars with undercover exhibits and others set across the site, ranging from Russian MiGs to small airliners, carrier aircraft from the Royal Navy, and even Swedish fighters. Light and airy modern café and a shop to browse in. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It's extensive collection of aircraft and cockpit sections covers the history of aviation. Unfortunately very little remains of the original wartime buildings and what remains.
